For this project, I had to create a four-page website about a controversial topic, in this case, the importance of teaching consent. I talked about the purpose of the site, the history of sex education, what consent means, and how people can teach it to others, specifically middle and high schoolers.
DESIGN
All the pictures that I used are from Unsplash.com and the fonts are Avenir Next and Stempel Garamond. I used the same alignment and size for all the text. I added contrast to the headlines by making it bolder and uppercase. I used Stempel Garamond for the quote given by a sexual assault survivor to add more importance to it.
REPETITION
The footer, header, margins, and colors are repeated throughout the entire website. Something that was very helpful was creating a grid to use enough white space between each piece of information.
